We ...The multi award winning Puddingstone Distillery is home to the Campfire Gin range which is distilled in small batches throughout the year in Tring, Herts.
The core Campfire Gin range consists of a very smooth Navy Strength Gin, a complex but versatile Cask Aged Gin, a juniper/citrus led London Dry Gin and an Old Tom Gin which is sweeter and lightly spiced.
In the run up to Christmas the distillery releases their Puddingstone Pudding Gin range (PUD PUD for short). This range consists of three expressions – a distilled Christmas pudding gin with orange and juniper, a port and bourbon infused cask rested gin and PUD PUD gin rested in cask with fresh lapin cherries.
All the gins produced at Puddingstone Distillery make excellent G&Ts but if you love your cocktails then have a go at this Christmas cocktail recipe which uses Campfire Old Tom Gin.

Try the La Casa Sagrada
GIN COCKTAIL (serves 1)
45ml Campfire Old Tom Gin
22.5ml Tio Pepe Palomino Fino Sherry
22.5ml Opies Ginger Syrup
Add all the ingredients plus 4-5 cubes of
ice, to a cocktail mixing glass. Stir well
for 30 seconds to dilute and chill the
ingredients. Use a fine strainer and pour
into a pre-chilled cocktail coupe glass.
Enjoy with a piece of gingerbread.
