Deakin-White burst onto the property market in June 2015 but they have already helped more than 400 local people achieve their dreams in that time with 206 deals in excess of £40 million.
“There are exciting times ahead for Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Luton and we hope to be a big part of it,” said Ed Harrison who, along with Sam Stock, runs Deakin White from the Incuba centre, in Dunstable.
“With new road links, new infrastructure and new businesses coming here we think the property market has the potential to be extremely positive.”
Ed and Sam have rapidly increased the size of Deakin-White to six people in the last year and will be celebrating their first anniversary with a slap up meal.
On their milestone, Ed said: “We’ve not tried to reinvent the wheel – we just offer a traditional estate agency experience with excellent customer service.
“If someone calls we will call them back, if someone emails we will email them back. All our customers have our mobile numbers and we even negotiated a sale one evening at 10.30pm.”
The team is proud to be a part of the local community and charities, donating more than £5,000 to local good causes in the last year.
Deakin-White is also proud of the fact that it has taken them an average of only three weeks to achieve a sale. That’s an amazing five weeks quicker than the average according to getagent.co.uk
“We’ve had an amazing 12 months and look forward to the future,” said Ed.
